About Us
Our story is about a father and son embarking on a journey to build a legacy, both of whom have a passion for the outdoors, farming, and of course - fine wine.
Originally we lived in Florida, where wine grapes have a difficult time thriving. So, when the opportunity presented itself to 2 premium vineyard sites in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles, we took the jump.
Now with over 52 acres of planted vines between the two sites and 12 different varietals, the foundation is in place to achieve our dreams. Hard work, sustainable farming practices, and a focus on quality over quantity is reflected in our wines and represents what our legacy is being built upon.
Boutz Cellars has established the first ever Greek varieties here on the central coast. From planting them, farming them, all the way to putting them into the bottle for you to enjoy. Greek wines have so much potential here in Paso Robles and we are glad to share them with everyone.
Since 2020 the “Greek Wine” experimental block has grown and continues to do so. We now have Assyrtiko, Moschofilero, Vidiano, Xinomavro, Agiorgitiko, Liatiko, and the most recent planting of Kotsifali. All of which we hand farm and meticoulously care for to make sure Greek wines can be well represented here in California.
We invite you to come out and experience the true Greek hospitality, great wine, and our story that continues to grow.
